The Ultima Plus XP is a super concentrated, unique formula that quickly and effectively tackles green mould and algae from your patio, brick work and drive ways with ease. It will also treat other green substances found in similar areas. The super strength formula is highly concentrated, therefore is one of the strongest and most powerful green mould and algae removers on the market.

Can be effectively used on tarmac, patios, brick, stone and wood to remove and help prevent green mould and algae growth. Can also be used on fencing, boats, sheds, greenhouses, garden statues, UPVC Windows

Each bottle is diluted at a ratio of 9 parts water and 1 part solution therefore 5 litres will make over 50 litres of solution. Can even be diluted further at a ratio of 18 parts water to 1 part solution.

Contains no acid or no bleach therefore the solution can be applied to all the areas stated above without the fear of discolouration 

Once dried, pets and children are safe to re-enter the treated area. 

Directions of use:

• Apply in dry conditions and when rain isn't expected for the next 8 hours 
• In Summer months, apply in the late afternoon/early evening, when sunlight is less intense 
• The less dilution, the more concentrated the solution, the quicker the results
• Once treated, results will show in 2-3 days
• Apply with a watering can or pump sprayer 
• Apply the solution to the entire area you are wanting to treat
